游轮上的空间舒适

为了给乘客带来尽可能好的客舱舒适度,每艘游轮都配备了合适的加热和/或冷却系统。

为乘客提供最佳舒适度的系统是从不同的应用中建立起来的。对于以下每个应用,丹佛斯都提供可靠的解决方案,以确保乘客享受住宿。

终端设备

在游轮上,主要使用风机盘管。它们通过2、3或4管系统为客舱提供加热和/或冷却。为了控制室温,在全负荷和部分负荷条件下,可通过使用压力独立平衡和控制阀(PICV)实现最精确的结果。它们只需设置为满载条件下所需的流量,并起到自动流量限制器的作用。

一旦阀门上安装了匹配的执行机构,座舱温度控制器或船舶管理系统允许在部分负载条件下进行精确的温度控制。不会出现溢流情况,从而提高热源或冷却源的能源效率。

对于独立的座舱温度控制器,理想情况下,这些控制器不仅控制执行器,还包括手动控制风机盘管装置中的风扇转速。

地板供暖

通过从地板向上加热空间,提供高水平的舒适度。热量分布均匀,因为它位于地板上,所以不会占用任何宝贵的房间空间。它可以用来加热机舱,但主要用于加热舒适性要求最高的浴室地板。

循环平衡与控制

由于许多原因,暖通空调加热和冷却系统的循环平衡至关重要。这是一项要求,以实现适当的乘客舒适性以及系统运行尽可能高效。如果循环平衡未正确到位,乘客投诉,可能会导致额外成本和系统寿命价值降低。丹佛斯为游轮客舱的加热和/或冷却和热水系统提供循环平衡解决方案:

  • 压力独立平衡和控制阀(PICV)将循环平衡和温度控制功能组合到一个产品中。它们只需设置为设计流量,并用于可变流量条件下的加热和/或冷却系统。在大多数游轮上,它们与安装在客舱天花板上的风机盘管组合。
  • 致动器为PICV控制流经PICV阀的水量。它们可以连接到船舶管理系统或独立的房间恒温器,以控制机舱的室温。

智能客舱概念

创新型致动器NovoCon®专门设计用于将HVAC循环平衡和控制与BACnet或Modbus操作船舶管理系统(SMS)集成。它可以取代SMS组件,并通过菊花链总线通信为SMS提供最新的系统数据。一旦建立了对SMS的外部数据访问,就可以(从船上或陆上)远程调试系统。

远程生活热水温度监测
